The official name for the art fair is called Culture By The Bay
organised by National Heritage Board.
It's part of the Singapore Heritage Fest.

&
Sunday(29 July).

Location:
Singapore River where Asian Civilisation Museum is off Empress Place.

Nearest Mrt Station:
Raffles Place

Its just opposite Fullerton Hotel, where Cavenagh Bridge is.
